Run Well is a strength and mobility program designed specifically for runners, athletes and anyone else who wants to stay strong, balanced, and injury-free. The core 9-class series blends strength, stability, mobility, and core work into effective 20–40 minute sessions designed to be practiced 2–3 times per week and repeated as you progress at your own pace. With bonus recovery and targeted classes, Run Well helps you feel looser, stronger, and more confident in your body so you can keep running well for life.

Hello! I’m Ramona.
I’m a lifelong runner, certified yoga teacher, and personal trainer who has spent the last decade helping people move better, stay strong, and enjoy their lives fully.
As an adventurous mother of teenagers, my life goal is to be doing the same things with my grandchildren that I’m doing with my kids today—which means building a movement practice rooted in longevity.
I believe fitness should support the life you want to live. My approach blends strength, mobility, and mindful movement to help people stay resilient, capable, and energized for the long run. Whether it’s running trails, getting up off the floor with ease, or simply feeling strong in your body, my goal is to help people build habits that carry them through every season of life.
