Yoga Bootcamp

Traditional yoga postures interwoven with functional movements for strengthening and toning.  A moving meditation with breath work, balancing postures, deep core work and cardio.  This is a fun and energizing practice with soundtrack to match.


Vinyasa Flow (hot)

A more traditional Vinyasa style class.  Starting with breath work and grounding.  Slowing warming into movement. A strong focus on the connection with breath and movement.  Playing with the balance of movement and stillness, effort and ease each class.

A yummy slow flow class with lots of long holds in restorative poses. Great class to reboot and recharge.
