Hello! I’m Ramona.

I’m a lifelong runner, certified yoga teacher, and personal trainer who has spent the last decade helping people move better, stay strong, and enjoy their lives fully.

I became a certified yoga teacher in 2015 and a certified personal trainer in 2020, and my work blends strength training, mobility, and yoga-based movement to support people, especially women, through every stage of their movement journey. I spend a lot of time researching and experimenting with the most effective exercises and stretches to help people stay balanced, resilient, and injury-free.

From 2021–2024 I hosted trail running retreats that combined adventure, community, and education in beautiful places, and I hope to bring those experiences back again in the future.

When I’m not building programs or out on the trails, I’m raising two amazing teenagers and happily leaning into my role as a total running and fitness dork.
